Hello all. I flashed a boot image for the Moto G and now I'm stuck in fast boot with a failed to validate boot image error. I've searched and tried everything I can think of. Can someone please help me?

You've got to be kidding ! I'm actually a Sprint subscriber, but was waiting for the Verizon subscribers to provide their initial thoughts. Also, we can't get it until Verizon get s their act together!
For rooted users, two words: Boot Manager. It allows you to run up to five Custom Roms on the same phone via the Sd card. ICS is cool, but you might want to have the ability to boot and run other Roms on the fly.
Have you all tried Alpha 3? The team has done an outstanding job and touchscreen, data, wifi, Google Apps all work. For some reason, the thread was closed today, but the link still works. You won't be disappointed!

Please select personalize/lockscreen. Then select which lockscreen widget type you want. Next, hit settings and then tap on the shortcut that you want to replace. A new shortcut app menu will appear... select app, then apply.
