I agree it doesnt need that much data usage, however why am I pulling a 31Mbps on my phone and only 3Mbps with PS3? That a 1/10th of the speed. My phone is not rooted by the way, is there something that isnt allowing the PS3 to test faster than this? Also, I was hoping to pull a decent...

So i have great 4G service at my house, speedtest using cell is pulling 31Mbps download which is faster than my broadband home connection. I tried tethering my cell using 4G to my Playstation 3 using Hotspot and the Test Connection is saying is only pulling 3Mbps download.....why is this?
