I exchanged mine at Best Buy. Didnt even take the old box in with me, only the phone. They gave me the new box + all of its contents with no hassle.I had the old stuff in my car just in case, but they didnt even ask for anything. They should of let you keep all accessories.

I just purchased a Samsung Wireless fast charging pad, but when I try to use it, I get a message saying that the wireless charging has paused a few seconds after I place the phone on the charger. Has anyone else had this problem and has found a solution?

Re: Not handing in your Note 7? You'll soon regret it Still using mine. Dont have another phone to use, as I sold the phone that I switched from. Stores wont offer a loaner, so my choices are either, not have a phone at all, or take my chances with it until the replacements are in.

Not all stores are unfortunately. I went to my local corporate Verizon last night, and was told they will not let me switch phones that way. If I did switch, then they would not allow me to get a Note 7 when they became available again. Ive decided to keep my phone until I can go in and just...
