Had mine over 12 month now, never really had any probs with it (touching wood). As for the screen resolution, I have not noticed any real difference even while comparing to the upmarket IPAD. I could not afford the inflated prices of some units so I bought my 10.1 , never had cause to regret it.

I have noticed it runs the battery down quicker, but that might be me playing with it, only time will tell.:)

UPDATE Arrived today works just fine, even brings up a program I didn't know I had called camera import when I plug the camera in, works with a memory stick too. One happy bunny :)

I have a Samsung Tab3 10.1 . I would like to download pictures from my camera direct to the tab via usb, is there a lead or adaptor that will allow me to do this , the single micro USB provided for charging etc. seem to be very limited.

Whilst I agree many types of charger are made by the same company under the same roof by the same people, they are not the same, all are built to a price, this does not make them potentially unsafe just cheaper and perhaps not so long lasting. The ones I referred to in my previous post are the...

I don't see the logic in using generic charger bought off the web, at the best they don't work, at worst they fry your tablet or phone & at the very worst catch fire or electrocute. C'mon guys the "official" ones are not THAT expensive are they.:)

Re: Software Update I have found I get more reliable updates by connecting my charging lead and just leaving it to get on with it, some of my previous updates on this and other tablets failed because of low power or other applications cutting in.

I format SD cards regularly, never had a problem :cool:
