Thanks a lot for IPv6 tip. You just saved me couple days! I have Comcast internet. Turned out my IPv6 addresses were enabled but not fully functional. My S7 Edge was trying to connect to Internet using IPv6. I turned IPv6 functionality off in my wireless router and Comcast cable modem. Works...
