Hello my wife got a MXPE - I enabled HD voice on her line and made sure the slider for VOLTE is on. When she calls me I dont get the HD icon in the corner of the call on my device (Droid turbo) like i do when other verizon customers with HD voice. Does this mean its not working? Can anyone...

I do not know how to fix this but I want to follow along and understand the fix. I'd like it to default to bluetooth, if present. Seems silly to use hands free to start a call only to have to switch it over to bluetooth by touching the screen.
