Look at the response from Kev people. Settings -> Accessibility -> uncheck "Negative Colors" I gave my tablet to my 15 month old niece and saw the screen all messed up after a few mins. When I rebooted it would temporarily fix the problem, but as soon as an app was opened colors were inverted...
