Updated to 4.4.4 last week on Verizon for me. Not sure what this feature is though, going to have to look into it.

I am using the verizon messenger app and it shows double contact names. So two if each entry. Does anyone know how to fix this?

For text files, Doc2go works just fine, I use it to edit text files on the card.

Can that sync files as well? I mainly have simple doc files, nothing fancy so if reads regular docs, that may be another option as Docs2go sometimes gives me issues when syncing, 2 out of three times I get errors and end up with copies I have to go back a delete, then sync again and it does it...

Thanks, that was what i thought. I like how it arranges the files, but I need editing like in Doc2Go.

Can the My Files app sync documents and can i edit documents through My Files app? Or do i need to stick with Documents to Go app. Thanks Brian V

Have you tried the dreaded factory reset yet? usually this clears up most issues. If its still like this after that, then it is definitely a hardware issue.

Have you tried the factory reset? Most issues can be cleared up by doing this.

If you have access to the phone, you can check the memory in the setting section, I believe it is under the device tab. It should tell you the internal and external memory.

I found something the update appeared to fix, I can now text and post pictures from home, I have not been able to do that for many months. Never was able to figure out why, but on Sunday I was able to post pictures to Facebook and text messages. Its the strangest thing. No other issues have...
