My fingerprints work perfectly with the EGV protector. In the install video they tell you to do the UV light an extra time over the fps at the end of the install.. I did the UV light 3 extra times over the fps. Works as good as no protector. Wasn't hard to register the prints either...

Do you have them in right? I originally put the part that sticks out - the charging contact ,in my year (thinking it was like a normal ear bud) but quickly switched them around. They should sound great..
