S4 firmware upgrade encountered an issue so.. my s4 went down .. it shut off by itself and wont turn back on.. so i pulled battery and tried to turn it on.. got a message on my "firmware upgrade encountered an issue. please select recovery mode in kies & try again.. but i cant do anything lol help

and the dropbox? how do i use it..

how do you find smileys on galaxy s4, how do you get rid of old iphone calendar and to set up new calender? how do you move pictures to sd card? and screen shots how do you take a picture of your screen? i do like my galaxy over my iphone just having a hard time figuring things out :D

didnt do the cache remove thing i cheated and went to rogers and to find out it was my carry case it was pushing of the off button (heheehe feeling foolish!!!) so im wanting to put music on but can i do it folder to folder? i have music on my computer which is different from itunes..
