Didn't work on my phone at all

I decided to try and root my HTC Evo 4g LTE. I rooted it sucessfully but failed to notice that it wasn't an S-off root by that time i had already tried flashing a new rom (failure i know). So now my phone doesn't load an OS and just goes to a black screen after the main "HTC: quietly brilliant"...
