    Those do work, I don't find myself using those too often but the palm swipe to capture and the palm touch to mute/pause does not.

    I have tried it both ways and it doesn't work. I went into the motion settings and into learn about hand motions to even try it there and it won't work,

    I have the motion turned on as well as anything else associated with it and it will not work for me at all. Not that it's a huge deal just wondering if anyone else is having this issue or maybe I don't have something checked that I should :)

    I was having the same issue. I went into my settings then went into more settings go into mobile networks and uncheck connections optimizer fixed my problem completely :) Might be bit different for yours I have a Samsung gs3
