I recently had to replace my phone because my microphone wasn't working, so on my replacement phone I did all the latest software updates and it says I'm up to date, but I know the latest update didn't work because there are clear new display features with that one. What can I do to retry that...

I recently ran AVG antivirus, and it came back with a threat under apps classified as malware, and it was titled "HTC account." There is an option to uninstall the app, but that does not work. Is this really a problem? I ran two other antivirus programs (lookout and malwarebytes) and no problems...
