I have the Nexus 5X running a side loaded Pixel launcher.

I just noticed this yesterday. It must have been in a recent update but, my calendar app icon is now showing the current day instead of a static "31". Finally!!!!

it's the same..... I can't believe I missed that! Soooo...... it's just showing under "Apps" for some odd reason but not actually taking any internal storage. Well that's confusing!

I have an LG V10 with a 64g memory card installed. I was going on a trip with the kids and loaded 6 purchased movies from Google Play. I looked at storage and my "Apps" jumped from 5g to 16g and my SD storage was still relatively empty. So... I found the setting to load to SD in the GP Movies...

Here's a visual to explain better... The first screenshot is BEFORE loading from GP Movies & TV. Notice "Apps" and the "SD" bar (I couldn't get more in the screenshot). The second screenshot is AFTER loading 6 movies. Notice that BOTH increase by the same amount. If I have "save to SD" checked...
