    Yeah bud.. I'm sure.. --- I have never tried to root the phone. I called Sprint today and of course got tossed around till I got advanced tech support. Their answer.. take it to the store. But I'll take everyone's advice and try rooting... Thanks!

    @churchwin88 I tried it several times on 2 different computers. The software reads my current version type and then begins installation. But after a few minutes I get an error that says USB connection error and the software can't connect to my phone. I have no idea....

    Hi All! I still haven't received Froyo. I've manual checked it multiple times and it always says there are no updates available. Of course I tried restarting, unchecking auto update and still nothing. Any ideas? Thanks!
