If your outlook is using an exchange account, you can add that account to the android phone andand it will show up on s planner.

I noticed this occurring to me for some events from my synched exchange calendar. My solution was to install another calendar app such as aCalendar just for that purpose. Hope this helps.

I noticed this a.year ago and thought I had got rid of it by clearing the calendar cache. That didn't work this year. The first Sunday in April each year is shown twice. Some events for the following day get shown on the Sunday causing confusion. I can jump ahead to the start of April each year...

Thanks fire the response. I don't think rooting is the problem. Phone had been rooted since day one, close to 1 year ago and had been working till recently. Also, I just added an IMAP account to the email app and that account gives the same error. Cheers
