    Is smart lock by carrier? I can't find it on my Note 4 AT & T phone unless I'm missing something. Where under setting can I find it.

    This picture on the Note 4 standout. Picture=G+ thanks again to hamsterwheel where to get some nice wallpaper Nova Launcher Pro Zooper Widget Pro and Use Rod Kucheran Widget (I've change color and add date month to my likely).
