Coworker was telling me he was about to video chat with his wife when he noticed his camera wouldn't work. He tried to take a picture and he said the message "camera app has stopped" came up. When he turned his phone around This is what he found... Anyone heard of this?

If you have a case on your phone, make sure the usb-c end will fit into the opening. Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone else uses these with their phones? For some reason I can't transfer info from the phones memory to it without the files/ pictures becoming corrupt. It's crazy. Then I figured out some of the old vids I had from my first Note to the 4th won't play...
