Sorry it took so long for me to reply - Mine was back to me within 5 days of sending it. The device was in perfect condition and the problem was gone! Yay!

I sent my Nexus 7 off a week ago and the online RMA tracker just says "repair in progress" I was hoping ASUS would work faster. After all, I did spend my money on a product of theirs that broke. So if any of you have sent your Nexus 7 in, I'd be happy to hear how long it took them. More...
