I've found that the Wear Media app works to transfer podcast files from my phone to my watch, which I then listen to when I run and leave my phone at home. It's a slow process to transfer the files over Bluetooth, however.

Could you elaborate on your Digits setup? Curious how you were able to get texts and calls to your paired number with you phone at home. Also, I'm almost always on Edge on my Quartz watch, though my area has good HSPA 3G coverage. Have you been able to stay on 3G typically? T-Mo re-provisioned...
