UPS never fails - I've had a $3k coil over suspension set left at street level and missed deliveries because I needed to sign for $25 whey protein.

I was able to change my preference for this package on My UPS - whether or not it generates an actual change, I don't know.

I finally tracked down my package as well using my ref # on US For anyone that's not going to be home when they deliver make sure you authorize your shipment release if you feel comfortable with your package being left without a signature. I know I don't feel like going to UPS to pick my phone...
