give it back to the shop you bought it from and ask them to send it to the manufacturer my tablet had the same problem and i did that now it works

No offence taken i just saw sum vids where this guy loads sumthing on the sd card and he makes it boot but it is true what u are saying i am gonna take it to the shop where i got it from to see if they can repair it and i may get a replaced model so thanks anyways

if it were a software problem then is it possible to flash the device with a new rom to make it work again

i plugged it in for 2 hours and while it is plugged in i pressed the power key for 30 sec but it is not working so i plugged it out and no response other than the battery depleted icon

i have and eklasse spark tablet running android 4.0 ICS specs: 1.2 gx cortex A8,A10 512mb of ram i had to reset my tablet because it was getting slow and though the reset was succesfull it ran out of power and when i charged it with would not boot on and it would show the battery depleted icon...
