Yes, I have old files that ended up recording at 60.10, and 58.89. I have no idea why it does this, but purchased app or not, I cannot get it to record at 29.97. The phone chooses a frame rate close to that, and randomly records what it wants every time.

Mike, I suppose glitching could be one word for it, but yes. Because the frame rate is not exact for all clips, there is skipping in the footage of my projects.

Mustang, Whatever is causing this, that's not it. You can know that I've made extensive attempts at things like that and it hasn't resolved the issue.
