I've had this happen to me twice. Each time I do repair and replace on the Moto site. They send me a new phone and then I mail back my old one. On my third one currently. Seems like the camera will just become disconnected somehow.

I just uninstalled and tried with the stock version and had the same issue. I then reinstalled and it's still not using the back camera. I'm restarted multiple times and have tried going into the camera through the app, instagram, facebook, and hangouts. It's like the phone doesn't recognize it...
