I pre-ordered Aug 24th at 7:21 am, got an estimated shipping date of Sept 4. At&T Ecom dept (866-267-4510) just hung up me trying get info on updated ship date...

Just got off the phone with ATT E-Comm dept. (866-267-4510) Was told that the phone was not scheduled to be released until Sept 14th. Had no status on my phone other than they have my order. My wife's phone (SPRINT) arrives in less than an hour, confirmed by UPS. What the heck is going on????
