This morning, my LG G4 changed such that: a) the wallpaper is gone/returned to default; b) the notifications bar no longer allows me to change to access files from my computer; and c) (therefore) I can't seem to cut/paste pictures from my computer to the phone to replace/reset the wallpaper...
