    Thanks for linking the file, I couldn't get it to download from the Acer site. However did not help, still waiting for the update. At least it stopped saying poor network coverage.

    In toronto, no dice yet.......... Edit: now system update tool says 'not enough network coverage even though I'm posting from the device right now......... odd

    No update still. On 3.2 and says up to date. Update enhancement is up to date and has been reinstalled and the device rebooted. Located in Toronto, any other suggestions would be appreciated.
