ES File Explorer will do this if you are rooted. You have to remember to mount the system r/w in the options. Holding down the star gets you to the root directory. ES File Explorer is free in the market place.

Works on rooted stock, but if I pause it and the screen locks, I only get a black screen after the unlock. Have to home then task kill to get it back to Netflix screen.

Just ran into this also. Hit the power button when you see the blue banana. It then takes you to the next menu.

1.6.3 worked fine for me with stock Froyo. Make sure you reboot at the end.
