I updated yesterday and I like it so far. Recent Apps button is finally usable: before it was a 3-4 seconds waiting until I see the list of apps - now it feels very quick with almost no delay. I am happy with the update, although I have not used the updated video and messaging services.

I came from an iPhone world, note 4 is my first note and my first Android phone. I like stylus although there still is a lot to be desired. After the iPhone 5s the phone lags sometime even at some basic stuff such as opening the phone app, or the messaging app, the camera is also slow to open...

I had the exact same problem. I found somewhere online that you need to "Clear All credentials" in Settings->Security. It is not as bad as it sounds and it worked for me. Posted via the Android Central App
