    I didn't like the font included with 2.3 so I flashed in a different one. There is a thread on XDA w/ over 300 fonts to choose from. You flash them just like anything else. Easy. Anyone know what the stock incredible font is called? I wouldn't mind flashing that...

    Just figured out how to get the stock keyboard back. Flash the "Stock HTC_IME" mod from the second post. Then after reboot long press in a text entry field and select touch input. Anyone know what IME actually stands for?? LOL

    The way I do it is: put zip on SD root boot into recovery nandroid wipe all data/cache (there are two in main menu, and one in advanced) flash the zip Done. :-)

    How's battery life with this ROM? (Just rooted and currently "shopping" for a good ROM to try out.)

    Speakers Very Weak!!!

    My wife has the X and the volume used to be super loud but for the past week it's been really quiet. What gives? Looks like there is no solution?
