Am seeing the same options and having the same problem as you. I think my phone is silent mode (but the "Silent Mode" is unchecked in Sounds). I tried calling my phone and it was vibrating instead of ringing. Sorry, this is my first android phone

Mine has been sitting in Oakland since Friday 5 PM and I live just 35 miles from there! Could have gone and picked it up but I guess I'll have to wait till Tuesday to collect it from my work.
