Just to update with my situation, my phone started cyclic booting the other day and after speaking with HTC Support it has been sent off for repair. Looked like the internal storage had failed as when trying to perform a factory reset on the boot menu it kept coming up with E:/ could not mount...

I've been having this issue for a few weeks now. I've tried factory restoring the phone, no dice. I've tried tweeting and e-mailing HTC but no reply! Did anyone come up with a proper fix? I've not flashed phone ROMs for AGES, so would need some extra guidance ;) Thanks.
