I can't see that option. I see unlock but it says my phone isn't set up to use remote unlock and if I try and turn it on it asks for my pin

Hi all. This morning my phone is suddenly telling me that my pin is incorrect from the lock screen. It will still unlock with face recognition I've used the same pin for about 5 years so I know it's correct. Usually I would just reboot and see if it fixes itself but I also have a boot...
