Third time, over an hour on the phone with Sprint today. Still haven't refunded my $460 but they did cancel my contract. Third call trying to get this done. They are still "looking into it".

This weekend I had to go to 2 different corporate stores to return my phone. First one did the swap to my old phone but refused to accept the return because of the contract I'm on. Second store took it back but just gave me a receipt for it and said Sprint online would credit everything back...

Thanks for the info. I'm just glad they are going to ship it even though I live just a couple of miles from a corporate store. I hate going in there. They push all their "value added" packages (bose speaker, etc.) and accessories so hard and try to change my plan.

That's what the webpage says now. That's not what it said when they first started taking pre-orders. I still have the email confirmation from the day I placed the pre-order and it has the original terms that did not say installment only.
