Looks like the AT&T and Sprint don't have stabilization in UHD. I have noticed that the US usually gets inferior technology. Maybe it only available overseas with the faster Exynos 7 Octa 5433 64-bit processor.

When UHD mode is selected for the first time there is a pop-up telling you which functions are not available. I have seen videos on YouTube where it shows someone getting that pop-up and stabilization is NOT included as a lost function on their Note 4. I have also been to the local Best Buy...
