In the Albums grid view of CloudPlayer, tap on the top right 3-dot menu, then select "Sort By..." which lets you sort by title, artist and a bunch of other options.

CloudPlayer does not currently work with Sonos, but works with Chromecast and AirPlay-compatible speakers. We may add basic support for Sonos in the coming months, although I doubt we'll get to it before this summer as we have a ton of other features on the way.

I've had so many issues with the way Android handles SD cards that I've had enough! Now I go for models with as much built-in memory as I can afford. IMO, Samsung's internal memory is faster too, even when using decent quality SD cards.

This is by design. I realize that it comes down to preference though. Some folks like the fact that they don't need to manually tap Play, while others may want it the way you suggested. It's hard to please everyone :)
