hi, i have the same prblm whit my c6906 after i update to 4,3 my lte broke down,,pass to hspa/3G ,, my oerator work on lte/4G,,,cant download more than 100ko/s,,and other time a pass 2mo/s ,,i reinstall 4.2.2 but the problem stay,,i contact support rogers canada many time , anyboby cant help...
