    You can use the credit for the active 2, just not for the pre-order. You have to wait until it is for sale, then you can use your credit. It's officially on sale September 27th.

    I'm with Sprint and I received the earbuds with the USB-C connector. I got the 10+. You're the first person that I heard that received the 3.5 jack. That sucks that Samsung said that to you. I would go back to the store and see what they have to say. Or at least call them.

    I believe it's under Bixby routines. Use the pull down the menu from the top of the phone and pull it down a second time. Scroll over to the second page and press the name Bixby routines. If you press the picture it will turn them off, but if you press the name then it will pull up the settings...

    On my Sprint variant, I have an app called Nextradio. I have to plug in headphones and it uses them as an antenna and I can get local stations. Posted via the Android Central App

    Black. I thought the polished metal frame popped a little more. Also, when watching videos I like having the bezel to blend in with the video. I think it just looks better. Posted via the Android Central App
