Well...I did a factory reset and that custom screen is still there. How is that possible? I still can't connect to my mobile network or make phone calls.

I've had the same problem and no one rooted my phone. I can't use my media or make phone calls. I even factory restored my phone and that stupid custom screen with the open padlock is still on there. What a nightmare!

I have this same exact problem and no one can help me. It's as if you and I are the only people in the world ever to have this problem. Have you had any luck finding any solutions?
