    I had a similar issue occasionally on my Cosmos 2 (not a smartphone by any means). The messages would show up on my phone as not sent but the other person would respond so they had most definitely been getting them.

    From past experiences, Newegg itself is a wonderful company. It seems that the real issue is the company which they use to handle phone orders (Simplexity). I've ordered a ton of computer parts from Newegg in the past and I've never been disappointed with them.

    I've been on the phone with Wirefly support trying to convince them to fix it for me. They've told me that I'll receive it Monday at the earliest (which can't happen because it is a Holiday). They're still insisting that they won't and can't cancel my order at this time.

    Apparently they managed to screw up my upgrade eligibility for Verizon so either I wait for this phone or don't get one at all. I wish I had known that there would be this many headaches caused by ordering through them, I would have just spent a little more money and got my phone way earlier.

    I got the same crap. It's so stupid that I ordered over three weeks ago, paid $20 for next business day shipping, and have been repeatedly asking them what is going on and yet I still won't be getting my phone for almost another week.

    For some reason, my order just went back to Awaiting Carrier Approval. I guess I'm not getting my phone tomorrow. I ordered on May 4th and I've also yet to have mine shipped.
