Well almost everything is safe to remove, as most bloatware are 3rd party apps. Just don't remove ones from Google and Sony (though some Sony apps are safe to remove, but I'm not betting on it).

Ask yourself this: -are you clumsy? -do you care more about aesthetics or protection? -do you have the guts to stand the back glass panel shattering? My personal experience is the naked z2 is beautiful yet slippery, so I use the krussell transparent case

Try the XiaoMi brand, it's from China and quite cheap with high end specs. The price is around $200-$300, unlocked but a bit hard to get.
