So GSam is still showing Android System Services far in the lead with over 50% of the usage of my battery. Is it just not showing what app is draining it or is the android system itself causing it? Trying to leave it in safe mode throughout the workday to see what the drain is like on there.

Maybe not, I disabled/uninstalled every app I don't use on a daily basis but it'll be hard to tell until I've had a longer period to test it.

I may have solved it by disabling the NHL app that comes preinstalled on Rogers phones. from being at 46% when I went through the apps to 45% now an hour and a half later.

Is there anyway to narrow the list of possible apps? The battery usage info doesn't even show any apps using more than 5%

Sorry for the delay. Yesterday it seemed the issue had resolved itself as I made it a full 9 hour day of work with 78% of the battery life remaining. Today however the issue is back with me having hit 36% after 4 hours from unplugging the phone. Putting the phone into safe mode when it hit 33%...

This was my question: Currently "Android System" is WELL in the lead with 36% followed by screen with 8% Edit: I charged the phone to 87% over my lunch hour and am down to 34% now (4 hours later).
