Hi I had the same issue and could not figure it out when I finally got to my phone settings I went to Accessibility and then to vision click on that and there you will see talk back if its on turn it off AND YOU WILL HAVE YOUR PHONE BACK TO NORMAL.. i WAS HAPPY TO FINALLY GET BACK TO REGULAR...
