Rocking a G930U, I'm in the same boat as many of you. I'm really hoping this and the Edge variant get some type of support from Samsung -- this is getting ridiculous. Lesser devices have received newer security patches, not to mention my Gear Fit 2 has received more updates than the phone!

Yeah, I may have to go that route. I really wanted to try to fix it, but, this looks like a fool's errand.

Unfortunately, neither of those things worked. Did them three times each. The phone now has limited functionality; I'm probably at the mercy of AT&T releasing another update. If anyone has any other ideas, I'm all ears.
