Exactly! So I'll say it for them. This phone is popular so it might be a day or 2 late. My delivery date was the 17th but after a phone call to CS I got shipping info from FedEx for a 9/21 delivery but..... Yes. If your phone makes the flight from Hong Kong to Memphis tomorrow its very likely...

My issue is this. I order 9/2 and they debit my account for the full amount on 9/4. Now I'm seeing people that have ordered AFTER 9/4, after I paid them, who had to have paid them later than me, getting their product before me. That's what makes me mad and that's the issue Moto needs to address.

So we have the exact same phone, if yours is 32gb, and you have shipping info? I also ordered 9/2. If this process made any sense mine would be with yours.

I think if they're waiting for FedEx a label would have already been created BUT its a good sign none of us with a 17th delivery have anything on delivery manager. Did any of you order on 9/2 or am I the only one?

I doubt anything will show up in delivery manager until 8 or 9 tonight which would be tomorrow morning in HK. Does anyone know if Moto has missed a delivery date yet? I haven't seen any posts about it so that gives me hope.

This is in local time. So FedEx picking it up at 9:50am would be 10:50pm Sunday here in the central time zone. Basically if your expected delivery is 9/17, like me, and you have no FedEx info by midnight central tonight (1pm Wednesday Hong Kong time) then its not making the flight to the US...
