Since i bought this mobile, it had already been updated to Android 5.0.2 Lollipop , i checked the update but no new update is available, i think i should sale this device , and in service menu, the band is set on WCDMA 850 and on all others bands like 2100, 1800 ,800 inclding GSM, signals goes...

Yes , I requested and they sent, and APN is correct, 2G is working normal , but 3G not running

GSM Only WCDMA Only GSM/WDCMA Auto GSM/WCDMA/LTE Auto and on three modes : only Edge is running, , on WDCMA , signals goes unavailable
