It happens to me with every reboot. To fix it, change the input method to touch input. Go to settings - keyboards and uncheck swype. Then re-enable it. Go back to texting and change the input method back to swype. It's an annoying process but swype is worth it in my opinion.

I'm having the exact same problem with the dialer. It's really annoying that you have to type and erase just to use it. I haven't had the issue with gps but I think it's cause I use Power Control Plus instead of the built in one. I would suggest purchasing something in the market. it's cleaner...

This scares me. I switched from the dinc to this because I couldn't install an app, browse the internet, or navigate without it overheating/rebooting. I'm hoping that it's not an issue with this phone and that it wont hit me down the road. so no, I haven't had any problems yet :P

I just bought the inc2 and the battery sort of fits. You have to flip the battery over to make the connections meet. To make it fit perfectly, you'll need to file off the tabs on the bottom. (see pics) But the phone does turn on and it works!
