Same for me. My package was supposedly picked up yesterday, but was not technically shipped until today. So, if your status says, "Picked up," don't assume you will get it the next day.

I rebooted into safe mode, saved the contact with a different tone, then went back and saved the contact with the custom tone, then I had the contact call me. I'm still getting the default ringtone. I even tried rebooting again. Still no luck.
