Well it seems that the recent Samsung Firmware update released this week around 300MB solved the issue, fingers crossed. I'll keep testing though... and will report back.

Thank you but i think it's not a Whatsapp problem. I just noticed that Viber calls are also loud!! It seems that's a problem affecting data calls only. If i restart my phone the problem goes away for a few minutes and then comes back. Very frustrating...

Hey All, On my previous phones (S5 and S4) I was able to hide the stock apps ( Like the File Explorer) from the drawer without going into private mode. I cannot seem to do that on my S6. Is there something I'm missing? Mind you., I only want to hide the apps, not disable or uninstall them. Thanks.

Well it seemed to help a little but I still get some sound vibration at times. It depends on the callers voice.

Thank you so much for your reply. I'm trying it now, gonna test it with my incoming calls and get back with the result. I really hope it works, cos I believe the problem is with low frequency sounds. In the meantime if anyone has any more ideas, please chime in.
