I am pretty sure that this problem was on old tablet because I haven't read that K1 had these problems. But if you have then you can fix it by recalibrating the screen like Aredubu said.

Well people who buy a new device in first week or month of the release are pretty weird. Logically thinking, every newly released device has an amount of defective devices and half or third of selled devices in that week or month are defective. So I would wait 2-3 months and then buy or not buy...
